Yeah it definitely can. It can cause recession in one side, less facial development (as in, a narrower maxilla, jaw, cheekbones, etcetera) and asymmetry. Best sleeping position is with your eyes facing the roof and with a pillow under your back

My right side of my face is 7.5/10

Left side is 9/10

Will ascend to 9.5/10 before I'm an adult
