Hormones (which includes test) can shape your face during puberty, but after that, they won’t permanently change your bone structure

No i meant puberty for testosterone and hgh having an effect on facial bones although they can make small changes after puberty still until your 20s and the growth plates are for growing taller, if they’re closed then you cant grow. For the facial bones there are the sutures but they close later than the growth plates
