Look at your Maxilla (No hate I have the same issue) it's flat. Trimax 100% im still in the process of getting it approved from my insurance. Hopefully by next summer I'll under go trimax.

You have simmiliar lower third to mine. I went to multiple orthodontists, maxiofacial and aesthetic surgeons and basically they offered me two options: basic genioplasty and sliding genioplasty.

Your maxilla looks fine and I predict you will get those same two options.

Yh your maxilla is not flat. Your face overall is aesthetic. The upper half is very ideal. Nice browridge, nice nose, nice eyes , nice cheekbones.

Your face is short though. Your jaw doesn’t match up with the upper.

And your chin could be a bit more forward but don’t go overboard.

Edit: in all honesty if I was you , I wouldn’t bother with surgery not worth the return in investment and things could always go wrong.
