- tinted sunscreen
BONES
- mewing (idk if it’s cope or not)
- getting bimax during winter (medically needed procedure)
- getting test (medically needed)
- igf - 1 diet (eggs, milk, red meat, greens, fruits)
HEALTH GENERALIZED
- spending most of day outside
- exercise / sports
- eating clean
- sleeping 9+ hours
