for starters i’m 15.

PHYSIQUE
- lifting PPL
- good diet
- cardio

SKIN
- daily hygiene such as cleanser
- retinol
- fruits
- tinted sunscreen

BONES
- mewing (idk if it’s cope or not)
- getting bimax during winter (medically needed procedure)
- getting test (medically needed)
- igf - 1 diet (eggs, milk, red meat, greens, fruits)

HEALTH GENERALIZED
- spending most of day outside
- exercise / sports
- eating clean
- sleeping 9+ hours

anything else i should add to this?

probably the only good things youve listed. ppl split is pretty shit, sports depends on what sport it is so some of the "good" things are debatable as well

"bones" are not coming from a "igf-1 diet" an igf 1 diet does not even exist G

so ur saying bimax and test is cope?

bimax is not cope neither is test, i doubt test will do anything for ur face overall

great for gym gains tho also send a pic of u jutting ur jaw
