Mirin humilityNeck training is pretty simple, start with no weight lay on your back with your neck fully in the air and extand all the way down and up. Once you start adding weight holdl it above your forehead stabilizing it but not really supporting the weight.
I recommend doing the reverse action as well as to not create uneven muscle growth which will effect posture. (Lay on your belly with neck fully in the air, lower your head and extand it up all the way)
