can somebody tell me how good my diet is for my goals?

im 17, 5'9 weigh 146 trying to lose a little fat while still not nuking my growth and hormones
(also i have low test and a baby face so im trying to boost my test) and build muscle
here is what i ate today

2 kiwis
190g of beef
100g chicken with some butter
4 eggs with some butter and a tortilla (140 cals 24g carbs) i would eat 6 but yk how eggs are now
2 cups of milk
1 mixed fruit juice
4 leters of water
total was about 1700 cals
126 g protien

not bad, but 1700 calories is definitely not enough, especially if your focusing on development.

I would recommend adding some raw cheese into your diet if thats available, as well as drinking more milk, and red meat, but i get it is expensive especially if its well sourced.

besides that good diet besides fruit juice unless its 1 ingredient

im kinda a bit chubby so thats why im doing 1700 calories but i did my research and ima just lean bulk
i made the fruit juice my self too all fruits are one ingredient

it’s good that you are eating really clean. I suggest you to increase the calories to at least 2.3k (that’s around your maintenance) when you are done cutting the fat though, for maximum development

garbage. what the fuck are you doing to your body you moron? why so much water, why the bread, why the fruit, why count calroies, just why, why, why.
