It all depends on genetics anyways unless it's surgery, things you should do though: train neck (gym overall) , make your eyebrows longer with monixidile and dermastamp, style/grow out hair for contrast, eat red meats with alot of fat and alot of carbs to improve igf1 and dht, make sure your room is very dark when sleeping and have good temperature, grow your lashes with lash serum, sceleral whitening drops if they are red, tan, teeth whitening strips and for hardmaxxing what people usually most benefit from is jaw angular implants, rhinoplasty, otoplasty and supra/infra orbital implants

I'm 15, soon 16, 5'9 (1.76m), I eat like shyt, I suffer from insomnia, I don't like my eyes and recession, I weigh 56.2kg (weighed js for this), my hair looks like that in the photo, It's frizzy and I lose a lot of little ones, I got braces and I pay close attention to my smell, I don't have my own money for Gear, I go to the Gym but not consistently enough and I suffer from Pectus Excavatum, this Is all that came to mind when posting, what can I do? I genuinely don't know where to start except softmaxxing which I already do, I mew, I squint, I bite my cheeks, I do a soft skin care with moisturizer. I'm not even an Incel but tgat's just because I learned to behave nt and look decent enough for some low-selfesteem mtbs who left me for better looking, more interesting guys. I don't even know how to write a thread properly because I can't even tell when to end it or what to say and if I said enough.
