Can someone answer why the veins in my left testicles swell?

Title, 17. Shit is virtually painless, always happens at night and my left nutsack feels heavy.

I can see the veins, does this mean I am Chad?

I thought it was varicocele but with varicocele the swelling would have to be permanent
