Yes I'm a Mid LTN, but the lifefuel is, if I fix my jaw, I ascend straight to Mid to low MTN in one go.
Fixing my other falios, like nose, and eye, will get me to high MTN.
Then once I get LL surgery, and some extra enhancements , I will be low to mid HTN, then I will be in my 30's by then.
I will stop at HTN, as going higher will put me at higher risk of complications, and the life of a HTN is quite good.

Upper blepharoplasty because of excess fat and skin on upper eyelid.

My jaw is the biggest flaw, I have a recessed jaw, with suboptimal chin.
Likely some jaw movement paired with genio.
I would also need some rhinoplasty since I have a very bulbous and wide nose, near jew nose tier aesthetics.

I'm also 5'8 in Australia, and the average height is 5'9, but the zoomers here are definitely taller, like 5'10 to 5'11.

I will do the most extreme LL, 6.3 inches
I would be 6'2 then, fraud with 1 inch shoes, and I'm fucking 6'3.

I'm also looking into very experimental surgery procedure that can lengthen your spine by 1 inch, but the problem is no one in the world has attempted it, theoretically it's safe though. If I got that, I would be barefoot 6'3, it would also help with proportions better, and adding 1 inch shoes, would make me 6'4, fucking insane.
