Can someone black pill me on allergies?

I doubt allergies should be a common thing amongst humans.

Things like hayfever are cringe. How would one survive in the wild being allergic to grass pollen and tree pollen.

Its either the environment has changed i.e. milk has chemicals in it causing dairy allergies

Or we have been damaged by the environment causing us to develop allergies.

I have that subhuman shit too. Last year it was fine, this year its really bad. Have you looked into desensibilization therapy, you think there are any side effects from it?

No but yeah it's annoying as hell Especially since I live in Scotland so plenty of grass and pollen. I take tablet everyday for it
