its because of something thats been a ongoing issue in her personal life, dont wanna get into it too much but there has been alot of resistance and shes been trying to be chill for the past few months but tn pushed her over the edge ig

But no matter how many times i got thanked for helping her, they simply are only ready when they are ready.

they are lost cases, no offence, offer your support, but dont leave it without demands,
offer clear help, offer demands that will help them become better.

offer to gym, to call you when they self harm and so fourth, say that they need more friends more stuff to not feel alone in their toughts.
And if they dont (which they will, they will not do jackshit) guilt them.
