can someone explain alldaychemist and caber to me?

So for Alldaychemist it says I need a prescription. It also asks me when the best time for a call is. Is this all for show? can i just not fill it out and get my caber? How legal is this and what are the potential legal consequences?

As for caber, do I just take 0.25mg every 3 days? How long does it take to work? (for high inhibitions)

i ordered before and while it asked for prescription i didnt fill it out. i think it was cus i asked them if i can pay thru paypal instead of credit card and they sent me a seperate paying system. i just send the payment and they sent my shit, i think they forgot about my prescription
