Testosterone will help with muscle mass obviously, bone density is extremely complex and relies on tons of different factors.
When talking about sex hormones, you have 2 types. Androgenic and estrogenic hormones. The androgenic will usually provide increased muscle growth and masculinizing effects. The estrogenic hormones will usually increase fat accumulation and have feminizing effects, but they are still highly important for neuroprotection and anabolism, you shouldn't nuke your estrogenic hormones.

The androgenic one(s) in plural, since there are tons of different androgenic hormones, testosterone is the primary one.
You cannot magically increase it, it will be totally dependent on your genetics. All you can do, is maximize it's natural production by living a relatively healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, so you don't lack any nutrients. Sleep is also highly important.
Or you can use steroids of course, but that comes with a lot of risk and is pretty difficult to do, unless you're not low iq and know how to do research
