And Cialis would do the same since it’s just opening the blood vessels and letting more blood circulate through out the body??

cialis is a PDE-5 (phosphodiesterase 5) inhibitor
the 5 is important cuz that variant of the enzyme is predominantly located in the blood vessels of the corpus cavernosum(aka your dick)
what PDE family does is it reduces the level of nitric oxide locally
nitric oxide is a vasodilator
so inhibiting PDE increases NO - vasodilation - bigger cock

there are other enzymes in that family like PDE1 ,2 etc
