So you think if you face growed false in the puberty it is over ans to late so mewing is massive cope when you 20+Theoretically the maxilla moves up and grows forward, and all the other bones move into the right spot. (If you are still growing this can work) the maxilla makes up your midface. If it is downswung your face will have a long appearance, and your nose would have a bump in it.
Well if you find out about it you should always just start doing it. Better late than never. Bone can still move in your 20s, people get braces in their 20s (don’t unless your teeth are severely messed up) because bone can still move. It will just take a longer time to see results, but there is no point in mouth breathing if you have a nose. Good luck bro.So you think if you face growed false in the puberty it is over ans to late so mewing is massive cope when you 20+

The bump isnt mandatory. In severe class two malocclusion the nose is straight and over projectedTheoretically the maxilla moves up and grows forward, and all the other bones move into the right spot. Not necessarilymewing will not change your bones
