Can someone explain how mewing can shorten the midface?

I read about this alot nur think that it is cope or what do you think about the great work forum where many people say that mewing can evem fix a long midface.

Theoretically the maxilla moves up and grows forward, and all the other bones move into the right spot. (If you are still growing this can work) the maxilla makes up your midface. If it is downswung your face will have a long appearance, and your nose would have a bump in it.

So you think if you face growed false in the puberty it is over ans to late so mewing is massive cope when you 20+

Well if you find out about it you should always just start doing it. Better late than never. Bone can still move in your 20s, people get braces in their 20s (don’t unless your teeth are severely messed up) because bone can still move. It will just take a longer time to see results, but there is no point in mouth breathing if you have a nose. Good luck bro.

I’ve mewed for 2 years on and off and i have gotten good results, keep in mind i started at 15 though

good metabolism
and high on HGH and K2 and on a span of many years

The bump isnt mandatory. In severe class two malocclusion the nose is straight and over projected
 
Of course it's a bullshit, it's genetic and there is no way to fix this flaw, just accept It
