I don't understand, what is this? His jaw is the widest and biggest part of his face. Usually when people think of wide skulls they mean cheekbones or temples but not the lower third being overly big and disproportionate.

Not really he was always been a narrow skull dude since 2018 but after all these years his jaw has keep getting bigger and bigger
