I don't know what's happening regarding this. HTN was originally made to represent a certain percentile range, and over time, it's just gotten lower and lower. HTN was never made to be like top 2% like what it currently is. Just times adapting, I guess. Proves why these names don't matter and hence why only percentiles matter.

HTN was never made to be like top 2% like what it currently is. Just times adapting, I guess. Proves why these names don't matter and hence why only percentiles matter.
