For context I’m standing in the exact same spot same lighting everything. I set my phone up or even hold it out and use back cam and take a vid/ pic I’m fucking hideous like it hurts to even look at the picture. But instead there’s a mirror in front of me so I switch to just back cam as I was doing but taking a vid / photo in the mirror and i look so good. What’s the explanation? Genuinely tanks my confidence every time I see back cam pic like that of me

Ur used to your normal face so when you see it inverted it looks really bad

use zoom, or spin your phone horizontally then after record spin the video to vertical

or just use the mirror to record
