Yes it is. All social media is real life. I used to slay off instagram from girls hitting me up lol. It's the same on tiktok. I'm sure he has hundreds of men sliding into his DMs. And if you want more proof, go look up trannies on tinder on reddit posts or youtube. These trannies will get nearly as many likes as women. Obviously, some men will turn them down but alot of attractive guys are pansexual and literally dont care. They just wouldnt be caught out in public with a tranny/femboy.

Even this ugly tranny gets hundreds of likes jfl. So imagine a passable, cute femboy/tranny:
