Can someone explain who these giant implant ms guys are?

They‘re black pilled apparently and do custom implants but I don’t know if they actually operate on people officially or if the surgeries they have done on people is just testing or experimenting

Giant is an implant/osteometry designer. He works with a couple of different doctors, he's handled the design aspect of at least a hundred actual procedures by now.
