:lul::lul::lul:
Sodium is literally an important mineral.
Without sodium your body wouldn’t absorb water properly and without sodium you wouldn’t be hydrated.
That’s a biological fact nigga.

Sodium isn’t only in salt but salt has the highest sodium concentration ,listen table salt is processed using a chemical reaction,but sea salt is natural so buy that I guess.

so how did humans whom didnt live near the cost get their sodium intake naturly

„Salt plays a crucial role in maintaining human health. It is the main source of sodium and chloride ions in the human diet. Sodium is essential for nerve and muscle function and is involved in the regulation of fluids in the body. Sodium also plays a role in the body’s control of blood pressure and volume.”
Not my words, too high iq, but salt in general isn’t toxic or unhealthy. It is only when severely overdosed, just like pretty much anything. Try not eating anything containing salt or sodium, you will see how bad your body will crave some salty meats, chips, etc.

Are we water?
Mostly...

No, but it's just a little and usually sprinkled all over the food....
And of course, salt it's not just sodium.
Alright one question,which mineral helps the human body absorb water and cause us to be hydrated?
And which one of the minerals comes out of our sweat?
