isn't that you or the guy you were pretending to be? This is just normal genetic recombination, they actually look alike and there's really not much difference between them. One brother has a leaner face while the other has a wider/fatter one, could be water retention, wider jaw or just higher BF % who knows. Maybe one has autism/adhd or just non-nt due to being a shutin all his life. His inferiority complex is what kept him like this. Surgery won't fix this, not at all.
