Possible because women are treated like alpha chad gods to be worshiped in modern culture so they wind up with much higher T levels.
Men are treated like disposable human waste, as second tier citizens of the underclass, so many of them develop lower T levels.
Having High T as a woman is encouraged and rewarded by the culture and the "system", so I think it actually has an effect on the hormone levels of many women.
