women's rating system is ass because features towards men varies heavily (appeal).
obviously her face not being striking is somewhat good because well feminine, requires soft features.
imo her eye area is pretty basic but the zygos are at good position and pretty prominent.

yeah some girls just have that balanced look, not crazy good or bad so it's appealing to more people i guess
