If you were young, I’d help but ngl you’re a grown man. Search around this forum yourself & you’ll find gold. Build your “protocol” from that

Though i’d say the most obvious flaws are your unevene skin with acne (consider tretinoin or tazarotene + hydroquinone) and your nose (rhinoplasty is the only way to fix)

no one will make a full personalized guide for you, and it also seems that youre old enough that softmaxxes wont do much for you other than colouring
