lower your kcals more. you will be fat. fat = estrogen you will be short. and girls love lean hot soy boys

just eat 100g+ of protein and get in enough healthy fats, that's all u need, don't over-complicate it, also preferably stay clear of seed oils, those being sunflower oil, avocado oil, rapeseed, vegetable, corn etc.
 
It was something I did when I was skinny fat at the age of 15. I dropped down 56 to 45 kilos. I gained 21 kilos in 1.5 years and my fat percentage did not change much.

Protein Pancakes: 30 grams of protein, around 400 calories

Protein Greek Yogurt: 20 grams of protein, 150 calories

Chicken Breast (16 oz): 440 calories and 130 grams of protein

Whatever snack you want, tbh (chips so you dont get a junk food cravings)

Protein Shake: 45 grams of protein, 250 calories
 
Yea eat more unless ur fat asf, in puberty u should be eatin in surplus all the time unless u want to stunt growth and development
