Can someone give me a gym template?

I can go to the gym 2 maybe 3 times per week. I need something standard to train everything except legs if you can't fit it but I need to train neck a lot as well. I would be very thankful for a simple template with a list of exercises

For push day
6x10-20 weighted dips/bench press
6x10-20 overhead press

For pull day
6x10-20 pull-ups
6x10-20 rows
And some bicep curls

And include different variations for these workouts

Isn't PPL six days per week? Unless you suggest I only do one push and one pull day per week which is fine
