Can someone give me an honest rating + tipps on how to improve

So this is me, im currently 16 and wanna start looksmaxxing. I recently cut my hair and im now growing it back out as i wanted to try some haircuts.

I would appreciate it if someone could give me an honest rating.

My to do list:
- Grow Hair out
- Clean skin
- Debloat more

If anyone could give me tipps on how to achieve that it would be great.

Also this is my side profile i just took that image randomly, my skin is very unclear at the moment.

Also it would be great if someone could tell me what potential i have if i even have one.
