Yh, could use clobetasol propionate instead but it’s very harsh as it’s an insanely powerful corticosteroid(the strongest I think) but hydro works fine and tret makes it better but needs to used for 2 weeks only as after that tret will make it wider, would recommend isotretinoin instead and no isotretinoin and tretinoin are NOT the same thing
