$100 wont get you far but buy like some tret/isotret, some eyebrow and lash dye. BB cream, minoxidil. And some needles cuz all roads lead to pinning eventually.

go to the gym, get good sleep, eat well, wash your face and do skincare

if you cant do those basic things you shouldn't be thinking about anything else. People want a niche "just do this" fix that will change everything. That just simply isnt how lm works.

If you’re dieting to lose weight, make sure you’re getting a good amount of sleep. If you don’t, your body tends to burn less fat for energy and rely more on lean mass. So basically if you dont do it right, you could be burning more muscle (and by extension, less fat) than you otherwise would be.
