Can someone help me make my eyes less hooded - I cant see my lashes

Title. Unfortunately I fell for the hooding meme and now albeit my eyes being hooded, I cannot curl my dark thick ethnic lashes up like I used to be able to. How do i reduce hooding for minimal uee? I already have good PFL but lashes accentuate it and add exotic halo.

Any help?
