Im 15 , 5'10 and 65kg ive always struggled eating loads as i have a fast metabolism and feel sick stuffing myself with food. I eat around 1000 kcals per day. My dad was 6'3 at my age and is now 6'6 but im stuck at 5'10 and i know its mainly due to the fact ive been starving myself but im going to push to ~3000kcals. My friends have started outgrowing me when their parents are shorter than mine and i just wanna reach my potential and i want to pin ghrp and ghrh along with working out as ive been ldar everyday but im unsure what to do with ghrp and ghrh so can someone help me or tell me if i should go by something else?
