Can someone help me with my skin

My skin is fucked up i have a severe seboric dermatitis my face behind my ears and it got down to my chest.Plus dandruff i have tried everything but nothing helped.It gets better for some time and after that it gets worst the before.My skin is oily and dry and the same time.No dermatologist ever helped me.
