It completely excludes the Jews gassed on arrival without registration at these places ChatGPT gave me Treblinka, Belzec, Sobibor, Chełmno and Auschwitz-Birkenau and over 1.5 million shot by Einsatzgruppen many more who died in ghettos. The Red Cross itself has repeatedly said its numbers were never a total death toll.
