Can someone link specific beta carotene supplements?

I have beta carotene capsules but not sure if they actually changed my skin tone. I don't know if it works. (100,000 IU per day for around 2 weeks now)

Maybe the product I use is just not a very good one though, so I want to ask for some advice here: Can someone link me to a specific beta carotene supplement which you guys use?

They work. It takes time though. I've been using it for about a month and just started to see myself becoming orange.

I also reccomend taking lycopene as well.

I reccomended taking pics every month in lighting that is as consistent as possible
