Ok, I made it even better. But this doesn't change the fact that you need LF2 for this. OP either gets LF2 or ropes. If you think otherwise show a better morph without LF2

Here's what i would do. He would need 4 extractions, genioplasty and cheekbones, paranasal and jaw angle implants. Not bimax or lefort 2, ffs.

Yes. He'd need a LF2 to get anything close to that morph.

Instead of getting LF2, can he get mid face implants and achieve the same results or at least similar results?
