i assumed since they're slav they would be more blonde and light eyed

they are, pure bulgarians have lighter eyes (usually green) and brown hair or blonde hair.
Its just im not fully bulgarian tho, im like 20-30% turkish

Excuses, you can find a way how to hide it from your parents. When I had anorexia 2-3 years ago I tricked my parents with feeding my food to my dog, putting it into trash and with volume foods(looked like a ate normal portion, while in fact it were basically 100-200 calories). You can always find a way if you want it bad enough

You can do extreme deficit like 1500-2000 calories for roughly 2-4 weeks without losing any muscle(may temporarily lose strength due to you simply fatiguing much quicker as you no longer have carbs)

Just use Hypic for morphing your skin/coloring, it's quite difficult to make the face leaner, cause it's impossible to know the end result; I was told so, at least.
