It's possible. I grew 3.5" after 16. Just lock in your health, and consider researching hormones like hgh and igf-1, some risk with them but the do work. You can always wait too, if you stop growing it's an option.

Foids only see you if you are above 6'2". Even then that's the bare minimum. If a 6'8" terachad walks past a couple where the guy is 6'2", there is nothing the 6'2" can do to stop the foid from leaving.
And if he tries to fight, there is nothing he can do because short people are like children compared to tall people
You'd obviously think you would BTFO a 5'2", same goes for a tallfag against you

For the most part sprinting and sports have minimal effects on hormone levels and height growth. The study's that claim sprinting increases hgh levels are misinterpreted, as it is simply the hormones being released to heal the damage tissue (sprinting is hard on the body) and the levels don't stay elevated for more than an hour. Sports are great and will improve status, and while mechanical loading does increase bone density it does not lengthen bones.

Lock in your sleep your goal should be 10 hours, try to keep a consistent schedule, and make sure your getting quality sleep. Eat lots of whole foods, and don't stress about shit. High cortisol will upregulate aromatase activity, which will convert test into estrogen which as we know closes growth plates. Consider ashwagandha if you are going through a stressful time.
