genio would likely also make your mandible body straighter which isn't in the morphs here, but depends on advancements too

considering the osteotomy usually looks somewhat like this

but there's lots of variables to it like osteotomy angle and vertical advancement/reduction

For that price, I just want my midface to be squeezed shorter with an Hydraulic press (but with good results, of course).

@larsanova69 here's the morph bro, this is about 12-14mm i think, chin should line up with your nose afterwards. I recommend you getting an chin implant because genioplasty might be more invasive

I kept the same chin height tho, i have the feeling that your chin height would increase due to the position of chin
