Aint that the shit they use for lethal injection?? Anyway I brought this up with my parents before and it was a hard no with them saying to eat a banana… I already use gua sha and jade roller in morning and dont salt my food or eat boxed/processed foods. Its probably a matter of body fat cause im 22-23%

Yeah you need like 2000mg a day or so but just check some videos on dosage and you should ge good. Or research for other supplements as well
