In order to convince my mom to get me a buccal removal, I must show her a pic of me as lean. Because she says that I cant be prettier than I am already :lul:

if you cry to a psychiatrist that you can't breathe properly and feel unsecure because of it health care will cover most of the cost

too early to get it at 14 yo, wait till at least 18 imo.

plus not only buccal fat removal results aren't gonna be that significant, there is 26% chance that you will fuck up one branch of the nervus facialis (in some people the nerve runs through the buccal fat so removing that=removing a part of the nerve)

still the choice is yours ofc. no risk=no ascension

Somewhat yes especially if you drop sodium intake etc, but i;m not an expert so i suggest looking at some other threads tbh
