i instantly notice one of your eyebrows is more prominent, taller, and a different shape (right side of middle pic shows the most, nerfs symmetry hard)
other than that i notice your philtrum is a bit long probably from your upper lip being too thin rather than a skeletal defiency
look into a lip lift when ur older ig
yeah other than that i guess its just minor imperfections and things you probably won't fix with surgery that are holding u back
you can probably bump up to MHTN if you do all
