yes, I’ve been trying to get 8 to 10 hours of sleep average and I’ve bought some supplements like you know, magnesium zinc, D3 + K2 the basics, but can you tell me some other ways that I would be able to increase my testosterone and lower my estrogen, of course without pinning though because currently I’m unable to

If you have low growthplates and grew multiple inches in the last year, you should try to block your estrogen by using Aromatase inhibitors or serms like tamoxifen.

To speed up growth velocity use growth hormone and non aromatizing androgens.

That simple.

It’s easy every roid source got them.

But no, testosterone or any other androgen doesn’t close your growth plates, estrogen does.

So by blocking Aromatase you are able to have higher testosterone levels levels without stunting height. Preferably you use androgens that don’t aromatize.
