And to yuo, there is no supposed age of growth plate closure. It’s individual.

If you have low growthplates and grew multiple inches in the last year, you should try to block your estrogen by using Aromatase inhibitors or serms like tamoxifen.

To speed up growth velocity use growth hormone and non aromatizing androgens.

That simple.
