Can someone please tell me the effect of 8ml filler on the jaw

My only falio is an overbite which causes a recessed / small jaw appearance but if I jut it forward I look really good. I asked on realself and they recommended "RHA 4" filler but I'm not sure if 8ml would look too fake or obvious

And yes I will be fixing it with surgery eventually I need a temp fix
