I didn’t used to have these under-eye bags, so it’s likely not genetic. However, after taking a few days off work and spending too much time on my laptop (with poor habits), I think I’ve damaged my under-eye area—even though I sleep 8 hours and drink 3L of water daily.

Could someone please share some natural biohacking tips to help? (I’d prefer to avoid caffeine serums or Volufilin due to potential side effects.)

Sleep more and rub ice on them to activate circulation also remember to click the lil checkmark under this post
