The guy looks chubby and is built like the grinch. His mid face is huge and the philtrum is calling. He has a pretty strong negative oral commissure tilt. I don’t want to assume much for side profile cause the pic is shit but his eyes are really bulging out of his face. His nose also weird as shit. I am not saying he is chopped he is just the average looking guy. Ltn. Lmtn is an overrate

His eyes are also not bulging and his nose is average at worst (love how you couldn't even point the falios there). Additionally, the "negative oral tilt" can be attributed to the fact he's tilting his head up, it's exaggerated in this photo.

The only valid flaws out of the ones you've pointed out are the philtrum due to his nearly nonexistent upper lip, and the fact he isn't lean.

Both of which don't suggest that he's "nowhere near MTN". These are just flaws.
