honestly all you need is more bone structure so depending if ur still young like less then19-21 years old id say give hgh a try or stuff like that, if u dont wanna use hgh take like vitamin D3+k2 take Lactoferrin also, maybe clean your face more, ur skin isnt bad but i do notice a bit of bumps on ur forehead they dont look bad but would def help you look better, other then that bro ur honestly good now, specially cus ur 6’4 bro u already look good but this can make you reach your max

Idk any surgery for lips but they shouldn’t be too noticeable if you max out your other features
