Ur eyes are INSANELY far apart so thats cooked otherwise jaw and ramus is fine and u have clear skin honestly ur not even that bad but the eyes still descend u to HLTN-LMTN idek if theres a surgery to fix that

Not that im aware of but maybe u can fraud with ur hair or something? Try a few things see if it can fix maybe glasses can warp perception thru the lenses or something
