I have a feeling we all get nerfed by our nose, but yeah as you said get the surgery bro it will make you look way better. Cant believe were the same age lol you mog the mog out of me. Id say your low htn. and btw do some chin tucks or neck curls to train the neck area and make your hyoid bone less visible.
